(Biophysical Chemistry / Biophysics) Membrane Biophysics: Lipids and model biomembranes - structure, dynamics, energetics, phase behaviour, lipid-protein interactions, signal transduction, membrane proteins; Protein Biophysics: Structure, dynamics, stability and folding kinetics of proteins; misfolding and aggregation (amyloidogenesis) of proteins, protein-protein interactions; Structure and dynamics of water and cosolvents at biomolecular interfaces; Crowding and confinement effects; High pressure effects in molecular biophysics.

Liquid State Physics: Structural and dynamic properties of complex liquids. Liquid matter under extreme conditions of temperature and pressure.
